Can someone help me identify the potential issue from this sound? Thanks so much.

Hey everyone. Hoping someone can provide some guidance. I have a depression in my driveway around the belgian block that is causing water to pool. I got my driveway sealcoated recently and for some reason, the pooling became much more noticeable. It's always been there, but it seems worse now. Its quite, large, maybe 5 or 6 feet at its widest and about 7/8 inch deep at the lowest point. I would really rather not do an asphalt patch, but trying to figure out if there is any other solution. The deepest point is where I marked the Red circle. Can I drill a hole somehow to cause drainage (perhaps through the belgian block), etch a channel in somehow? I have the soil bed nearby, so I'm trying to figure out some viable alternative. Thanks so much.
