Hot weather is approaching and i have yet to see someone who has acne and acne scars all over their arms/forearms and back and thighs and everywhere basically, like me, rocking a swimsuit or tank top and mini skirt without a care in the world. Whenever i see influencers talk about these stuff it’s always like a few pimples and then an ad for a miracle product, no one that actually has a skin picking disorder and shows how things actually are so we feel less alone in all of this

I recently moved to Lausanne for my studies and I’ve noticed how difficult it is to make friends, especially when you’re already an adult (F25) and you havent grown with the people living here. It’s as if everyone is in their little friends group bubble. I love this new life and city and am excited for nice weather to go swimming in the lake but I have to admit that it’s lonely at times not knowing where people my age hang out or what bars are good deals.
