New to this and want an excavator

I want to get an excavator thats decent for under $400. If i can get different attachments for it like a bucket, drill, auger, etc that would be cool. Ive seen so many but all of them just look like chinese shit so i want to make sure i get the one that would be best for me. Decent quality, metal parts, heavy, electric or hydraulic i dont care.

I want to buy my first dirtbike but i have no idea what i am doing mantinance wise. I am up to learn once i get one but every dirtbike that is used that runs good is expensive. Im trying to look for ones that have some issues but not huge problems.
