

I Haven't Been Able to Buy Anything for Over a Month, and Ubisoft Support Isn't Responding
For over a month, I've been unable to purchase anything from the store.
Whenever I try to buy anything, I get the SIGMA-4 error. If I try to purchase through the Ubisoft Store, I get the following message:
>"Sorry, your payment couldn't be processed. We were unable to verify your payment method."
I've already tried every solution I could find online, contacted both Ubisoft Support and Xsolla, and completed all the troubleshooting they asked for. Xsolla told me the issue is on Ubisoft's side, but Ubisoft Support has stopped responding to my ticket.
Has anyone experienced this before or found a solution?
