I’m using BBLauncher. Followed a guide to the letter to get it set up because I am admittedly kind of stupid.

I’m using the CUSA00900 version of the game file. As far as I can tell I successfully updated to 1.09 (is there a way to confirm that?). I’ve got the vertex explosion fix (mod loader friendly) turned on.

Every patch I’ve tried works, except the 60 and 90 fps patches. It will run with the Uncapped FPS patch, but I don’t know if I want that.

Anybody had this experience? Any pointers would be appreciated.

Edit: I’m running a 5950x and a 4070 Ti Super

- Walk into my local Best Buy expecting to complete a normal transaction for a popular new first party PlayStation game on the day of its release

- Go to the game section

- No Saros

- There’s literally a trailer for Saros playing on the display in the PS aisle

- Walk to front desk

- Lady is clueless

- Takes her like 5 solid minutes to find Saros in the system

- She then tells me it should be on the shelf in the PS section

- I tell her it’s not there, that’s why I’m here

- She then tells me it should be available in an hour

- To her relief, I walk away to grab another employee

- He’s aware of the game, says he doesn’t know why it’s not out, and goes to the back to get it

- He comes out with a copy of Saros, says it’s one of only three copies that they have, and that he would’ve gotten me one with the disc not rolling around in the package, but they were all like that

- When I go to checkout with the lady from before, she attempts to hard sell me on a protection plan for the disc. Like, I had to reiterate multiple times that I had absolutely zero need for a protection plan on a Blu-ray disc

Why?
