Got hit by a car this evening riding home on st George's Rd bike path. Car failed to give way saw me too late and bam. Thankfully they were rolling relatively slowly and got away with some bruising and very sore legs. My bike was mostly unscathed but has a bent handle bar. Thinking when I get back on the bike I'm going to take back streets to merri creek trail and then onto Miller st. It genuinely boggles my mind how badly designed this bike path is.
