Buying MRBD with Neural Band for use in Canada. Does anyone know about the region lock issues?
Hey everyone,
I’m planning a trip to Maine to pick up the Meta Ray-Ban Display and Neural Band to bring back home to Alberta.
Before I go, I wanted to check with anyone who’s already imported a pair:
- Do you run into any connection issues on Canadian Wi-Fi or mobile data?
- What actually gets blocked by the region lock once you’re in Canada? Does Meta AI or the HUD navigation stop working, and do you need a US account/VPN to bypass it?
Anyway around it? Appreciate any insight from Canadian users!
