I want to share a recent experience with GORAL. While I can’t fault the actual craftsmanship of their shoes, their customer service and after-care are completely deceptive.

Here’s the breakdown of how they handle dissatisfied customers:

The Issue:

1: I had a sizing/comfort issue regarding the difference between their unlined SMUGS and lined WALKELY models. I left a review expressing my disappointment.

2: The "Bait": Their Marketing Manager immediately reached out via email. She was very polite, explained the lining difference, and offered to help me sort out a new order/exchange. To sweeten the deal and make up for the trouble, she promised a "kind gesture" of including thicker insoles and a pair of their Blood Core laces with my new order.

3: I genuinely appreciated this and thanked her.

The Drop: The new order arrives. The shoes fit great! But surprise... none of the promised extra items (insoles or laces) were in the box.

4:The Lie: I emailed her back to let her know the items were missing. She replied immediately, apologizing profusely for the oversight. She explicitly stated: "let me look into this now and get you sent out some today. I will be in touch with your tracking number."

  1. The Ghosting: It has now been days. No tracking number. No shipment. Zero communication. I even followed up holding her to her word, and I've been completely ghosted.

The takeaway: Their support team (and specifically their Marketing Manager) uses fake gestures of gratitude and empty promises strictly as a PR tactic to appease you and prevent bad reviews in the moment. It's all BS. If you buy from GORAL, expect a good shoe, but do not expect them to honor their word if something goes wrong.

⚠️ Atenție mare la site-ul „Academia de Licențe” (academiadelicente.ro) - Țeapă cu falsuri și hărțuire!

Salutare,

Fac această postare ca să vă avertizez în legătură cu site-ul academiadelicente.ro (și firma din spate, Freelance Writters SRL). Promit ei pe site marea cu sarea – „lucrări premium”, „sistem de ticketing”, „contracte generate automat” și „rapoarte antiplagiat certificate” – dar realitatea este cu totul alta.

Din fericire nu am picat eu în plasă, dar am câteva cunoștințe care au făcut greșeala să le ceară o ofertă, iar experiența a fost absolut oribilă.

Cum operează „experții” de la Academia de Licențe:

  • Insistențe dubioase și hărțuire: Imediat ce iei legătura cu ei, individul din spate (care folosește numărul de contact de pe site, +40 756 856 395) devine mega insistent. Te stresează zile întregi, te bombardează cu mesaje dimineața și seara, presându-te continuu să-i transferi un avans. Nu îți lasă timp de gândire și încearcă să te panicheze că „pierzi deadline-ul”.
  • Acte și dovezi false: Pe site se laudă cu procese super transparente. Ei bine, ca să-i convingă pe prietenii mei să plătească avansul mai repede, tipul le-a trimis niște poze cu presupuse „dovezi” și acte/rapoarte gata făcute. La o privire mai atentă, se vedea de la o poștă că erau niște falsuri ordinare, editate extrem de prost și ieftin. Îți vând o iluzie de profesionalism, dar în spate sunt doar documente fake.

Ce trebuie să știți: Site-ul este făcut să pară o afacere 100% „legit” (ba chiar au și niște recenzii evident inventate de la studenți din toată țara), dar schema e doar o capcană disperată pentru a stoarce avansuri pe promisiuni false.

Dacă sunteți tentați să le scrieți sau dacă vă contactează cineva de la numărul de mai sus (pe care vă recomand să-l cenzurați parțial în comentarii gen 0756 856 3xx, dacă iau adminii postarea jos pentru doxxing), dați block instant. Nu vă riscați banii, nervii și facultatea.

Aveți grijă! A mai fost stresat cineva de pe aici de acest site/individ recent? Ar fi bine să ne strângem mai mulți să dăm report.

[Sizing & Returns] Goral SMUGS High Top - Is the Blood Core leather thinner? (Support ghosting)

Hey everyone,

I recently got a pair of the SMUGS High Top Blood Core (Black) in size EU 46 (UK 10.5). The length is spot-on, but out of the box, the internal volume felt surprisingly loose compared to the exact same model I own in White (which fits perfectly snug with a "handshake" feel).

I reached out to Goral's customer service over a week ago, initially to ask about the fit and later to see about my options, but it's been complete radio silence.

I'm hoping someone here might know:

1.Leather Thickness: Is the Blood Core leather known to be thinner or "slimmer" than their standard white leather? I'm trying to figure out if that's what is causing the extra volume and making my foot feel so loose inside the exact same size and last.

2. Returns: How is their return process in reality? Their automated email links to a return portal, but since they are ignoring my direct emails, I'm hesitant. Also, I tried them on indoors to test the fit and sent them photos, so there is some light dust on the soles. Do they usually accept returns smoothly, or are they overly strict if the shoe has been tried on?
