Back in around 1995, I ordered a device called the Levitron, which was heavily promoted (at least for a time) on Art's show. It's a science toy that uses magnets to levitate a small top-type thingy. I could never get it to work. Anyone else buy one of these? No doubt it wasn't just being sold through C2C..
Now that we've finally been given a new Boards of Canada album (I still can't believe it), my mind keeps returning to the past few years and the occasional random post where people would claim to have seen clues that something new was in the works. I'm having difficulty finding those older posts, but I'm curious to know which ones turned out to be actual clues vs. wishful thinking.
Who else wishes they'd release a recut of the movie replacing all the dated music with era-appropriate Bowie for the 50th anniversary? Hell, I'll even take the 51st anniversary. :)
For as much trash as I talk about it, IV is one of my favorites in the series but I have never been able to find it on DVD or Blu-ray (aside from used copies and seemingly bootlegged versions)? Furthermore, I'm shocked that the entire series isn't available in a box set. I'm assuming it's an issue of fractured ownership and licensing issues?
