Lost OC200 Access

In a bit of a pickle here: long story short, I was having a printer issue, tried enabling mac filtering, which then resulted in me having to reset my ER605. Once the ER605 was back up and running, adopted, etc, I lost access to the OC200 via the Omada mobile app and entering the IP address in my browser. The Omada mobile app says "Connection failed make sure your controller is online and you are connected to the WLAN of your controller". The browser just constantly shows the Omaha caret ^ with a loading wheel. I regret this now 2 hr headache just to try and get a garbage Epson printer working. Is my only option now factory resetting the controller and establishing the entire network from scratch?

2024 Lariat Sunroof Leak

Against my better judgment, 2 years ago I bought a brand new Lariat Powerboost with the pano sunroof. The past month or so, I have noticed water dripping from the ceiling speaker after a carwash. I went through the carwash with shade open next time and found that a concerning amount of water was coming in. I was due for my 20k service today so I took it in. They told me I would have to bring it back on a Thursday because that is when their "water specialist" is in to take a look, and they charge a $200-250 diagnostic fee. Diagnostic fee on a 2 yr old truck still under the manufacturer's warranty? They told me the sunroof seals are a normal wear and tear item. I left the dealer without them even doing my service because I was so disgusted. I later came to find "Customer Satisfaction Program 25B08" which addresses almost my exact sunroof issue on 2024 F150s. I called Ford Customer Care about this and they told me it was applicable to F150s with a build date through June of 2024 and mine was built in July of 2024. The program for a fix also ended June 30, 2026. Ford Customer Care told me I should pay the diagnostic fee and if they find it is an issue that should be covered under warranty, I will be reimbursed for the diagnostic fee. I don't buy any of it.

All of this to say, this experience has left me pretty pissed off. This is my third Ford truck and, for a retail customer, I have spent a lot of money with this dealer.

Has anyone had sunroof issues and had success with getting Ford to cover it under warranty?
