How can I fix this thin section of wall next to shower, and repaint with moisture-resistant paint?
I can obviously get a paint chip easily to match color.

Are there recommended grit levels/types of sandpaper, recommended primers, # of coats, etc.? I think there is some Benjamin Moore Aurora(?) that is good for bathrooms.
