New to me 2009 DR650
Just picked up a 2009 with 2600 miles. Never been off-roaded, super clean. Even had the protective film over the indicator panel in the dash still lol. Local dealer just happened to have a stock rear rack and the acerbis plastic skid plate, so I already added those. Otherwise completely stock as far as I can tell, but the fuel mixture screw plug was already removed so someone did mess with the carb at one point.
Runs amazing up and down the road, but I think either the carb needs cleaned from sitting, or there is a minor vacuum leak somewhere. The idle fluctuates a bit even when warm, and it wants to stall when hard braking or on steep downhills. It's hard to say because this bike is pretty much mint condition, but with it's age there could definitely be a leaky hose or maybe the intake boot? Not sure where to start.
