Trust Is the New Currency

I’ve been following this community for a while, and I think lack of trust has become a real problem.

New agencies struggle to earn trust from clients. At the same time, recruitment agencies are skeptical of external partners after a wave of overnight experts and magical vibe-coded SaaS. Everyone is looking for "the catch".
