Jobs for expats above the age of 60?

Hey everybody, My friends father is above the age of 60 and currently works a job in a company that treats him really horribly. Just recently it has gotten too much for him and he would like to quit but the job market in kuwait is.. obviously horrible
my friend's family situation is not really good either. He has about 35+ years experience as a store incharge.

I've already suggested complaining to HR or something like that. or even lodge a complaint to authorities but they've said they dont want to be at risk for loosing the job without having a backup of some sorts

Any help would be appreciated, thank you!

can i get mtx nausea even with just 2 pills a week?

hii, I recently started taking mtx again with a humira biosimilar (hyrimoz) that i started about 4 months ago. methotrexate was the first ever meds i took for RA and i started getting the side effect of feeling nauseous after my dose increased to 6 pills a week. I even switched to the injection form of mtx but the nausea just got worse. I stopped mtx last year september.

Anyway my doctor prescribed it again because he said my biologic works best with mtx and i agreed because i thought its just 2 pills a week lol...
I have been on it since a month and the first 2 weeks were perfectly fine but the other two i experienced nausea for about a day....

is there anything I can do about this? maybe take 1 in the morning and 1 in the night but would that really work for such a small dose? I was under the impression that 2 pills a week wouldnt bother me at all whatsover..
