Anyone out there that is prescribed name brand Adderall that has noticed a decrease in effectiveness?

I’ve been prescribed Adderall on and off for many years and I’ve noticed in the last couple years, it slowly has stopped working. I’m currently prescribed 30mg Adderall XR (name brand, not generic) and it does so little, some days I’m not even sure that I’ve taken it. I took 2 by accident the other day and saw no improvement in my focus, let alone my energy and motivation.

I have good friend who’s about to PCS with her spouse and 2 school aged kids to Hawaii. Anyone have any insight to the day to day life of living there? She works from home, her spouse will be attached to the hospital, they’re hoping for base housing but we all know that shitty song and dance lol.

But any insight to what regular life is like there? Things to do, places to see, stuff she should know about. Literally, any insight would be appreciated! Thank you all!
