How to fill this gap below sunroom door?

Can I fill the gap below this door using the Big Gap Filler spray?

Edit - the bottom portion is door frame and doesn’t move. Forgot to mention this

The glass door broke off a few months back and I got an estimate today to fix this & first estimate I received was $14k. Is that reasonable? I am planning to get one more estimate but I am not sure what is a good ballpark number for this.
