Method that I used to fix a lot of facial asymmetry

Did you ever looked in the mirror or your phone camera and thought: ,,I look a bit odd”. And no matter what you do there is still something off about your looks. You are not ugly but you look different.

Months ago I asked my self the same question.

Than I found out about symmetry, even though people can argue that symmetry isn’t important for looks, I will disagree because symmetry won’t play massive role if your features are in harmony. If they are not, you by being symmetrical will make you look better, here is an example of my self:

Before: pic number 1

After: pic number 2

Even though I am not still fully symmetrical, I am better than I was and I look better significantly.

So the question is not, “How do we become symmetrical”.

And I’ll tell you right now that it isn’t easy.

This next segment I’ll divide into 3 parts: Cause, Habits, Fixation.

Cause

- root of the problem -

You need to understand that it is not one thing that is the problem, like your eyes that are higher and lower, nose pointing to one side more etc. , but that there are multiple things responsible for your asymmetrical body and face.

Your Whole Body Is Connected

Just look at the picture number 3, you see how if your foot and knee is internally rotated that will affect everything above like your hips, shoulders and face at the end.

So when you are trying to fix your body, posture, face etc. you first need to see what is your root cause of the problem and start there.

I teach exactly that my students inside our private community: ATLAS METHOD

Habits

- things you do on daily basis -

You probably didn’t think about this, but there are things you do thousands times a day that are affecting your overall body.

You chew, breath, walk…

Those things can play a huge role when you are trying to fix your body.

For example if you chew unevenly on either sides, one side of your jaw muscles can become bigger, overactive and can pull your face more to that side and make your face look sharper, while the other side will become loose.

Same thing with breathing, if you breath trough your mouth you will become recessed, if you don’t keep your tongue on the roof of your mouth with same pressure everywhere you will will overtimes rotate and twist your face.

And many people don’t know about this.

Fixation

- ways to fix this -

So if you read this article carefully, you probably found out that, no one have same problems in their body, that you firstly need to identify your root cause, then to get aware of your habits and go and find targeted exercises and protocols for you to be able to fix it.

And I maybe sound like a prick promoting my own community, but every single thing from here you can find there, and not just that, but you will get personalized help from our accountability coaches. You have other members that you can communicate with, to help each other grow and become better looking and have better posture and life.

So if you had enough with yourself and want to become someone better, don’t hesitate and just join the community: ATLAS METHOD or click here
