46M. Dentist recommended I go straight to the ER. 237/136 in triage check-in, totally asymptomatic. They monitored for a few hours while I played Subway Surfers and the kept giving me the side eye waiting for me to crash out I guess. EKG was mostly normal besides left ventricular hypertrophy. 20mg amlodipine brought it down to 180s in an hour, now on 10mg amlodipine got me down to 150/100, added 25mg losartan and now around 130’s/85-ish. Where do I even start trying to figure out the root cause?
