Perfect grain and shading

Hiya. I recently stumbled upon a designer (@eliasjprado) on Instagram who makes amazing letters, with perfect shading - and it's all done in Illustrator. I've worked with Illustrator for a long time now, but never really got the hang of using shading and grain in it. What would be a good way to recreate this?

Help with creating my own game

Hiya, I want to create my own Daily Grid games, but somehow after filling the grid with all the words in the Build page, I can't click next. Doesn't work for me in the app or in browser. Do I overlook an option? Can't I read properly? It's driving me nuts!
