Just need to tell someone!

I'm 2 months post op LTHR and loving it! I told my wife but just needed to ramble about it to someone else who can appreciate what I'm going through. Today at work I was shaking my leg sitting down at my desk, and moving my leg side to side, and realized I couldn't feel a thing! In my hip joint, it was just... working. The joint just *works*!! Then I got up and walked a lap to the end of the building and back and it just felt like what a normal person's hip joint must feel like walking around.

Just having a great day and so grateful for the new hip. Looking forward to the other one later this year!! Really appreciate this sub and hearing peoples' stories and experiences ♥️🦵

I have a bicycle I need to get rid of. It works great, just needs new tubes. It's slightly too tall for me as well. I'd rather not donate it to just any random thrift store etc and would love if it went to a charity focused on getting bikes to people who can get good use out of it etc. It's pretty basic Gravity Avenue A 14 speed 58.5cm Link with more info here

ETA: Thanks for the tips everyone! Think I'm gonna take it to Community Cycling Center in Alberta
