I am curious about the types of "junk fees" that renters are being assessed in Texas. I have seen everything from valet trash fees to $30 per pet fees to register your pets with private services like PetScreening.com. I've even seen completely illegal fees to access your USPS mailbox, fees for Luxor services, RiskRelease, and more.

How many of you pay "junk fees" annually or monthly as part of your lease? What are the fees you are seeing?

Why am I asking? I work for a legislator, and I am doing research on junk fees and rentals. I thought actually asking people about the junk fees they are paying might elicit some new fees we weren't aware of, and help us understand the prevalence of some of the fees we see. TIA!

What Silverado 1500 models come with puddle lights? I would like puddle lights on mine (2026 1500 RST) and am curious what models actually have them. It appears if the vehicle isn't already wired for them there is no way to do them. For the models that have them, do the puddle lights come out from the mirrors or the doors?
