So I have about a 211,000 mile 5.4 2v, is it better to run 5W-20 or 30? I’ve heard talk about both, but I daily this truck ALOT. Just need some weigh in on which oil to switch to with a high mileage truck, and what brands are best. (Ofc motor craft is the go-to)
*Edit* I don’t know if this is helpful but I’m in Texas and I frequently see days with 90+ degrees. But it also drops in the winter.

So y’all, currently a ranch bronc buckaroo, but I’m interested in Bareback and hell even saddle bronc. Does anybody know if I’d really need one of them arm braces for bareback or if I could Jerry rig one that works the same for cheap. Just curious.
