How do i get on a saddle bronc

I'm 15, and I've always wanted to be in a rodeo. I've got very basic horse riding skills. I'm not very strong, but I wanna start weightlifting.
I live on the border of Minnesota and wisconsin i dont know how one goes about this since im not from that type of family.

Rodeo skills

Where is it possible to go to learn rodeo skills, if I am quite poor? I live in southern indiana, and the nearest rodeo school to me charges 300$ a lesson. Im always willing to work in exchange but again I do not know anyone locally

Spurring saddle broncs

Green as the grass, been on 7 head as of Friday and five of them were at a Sankey school. I need advice on what I can do to start spurring the bronc. I’m lifting on my rein and squeezing my swells but I can’t really start spurring. I’m on my spur board at least four times a week. Friday I had my feet set for five seconds got a quick stroke in then almost immediately popped out of my seat. I’m already tired of eating dirt and want to actually cover one lol I have zero bronc practice pens around me but I do have my niece’s saddle horse she said I can throw my saddle on and he bucks a little. Just don’t know how I can make it work without her having a bucking chute unless I just mount from the ground and tie a lead rope to the halter to keep him in one spot. Anyway. I know a lot of people say it took them 80 or so head to start actually getting their feet moving but was wondering if anyone had some advice to get me there a little quicker
