is it actually long term?

Hi, I’ve already attended 2 laser hair removal sessions for my legs (diode laser) at a local beauty salon. The results have been amazing so far and I’n about to go to my 3rd session pretty soon. After the 2 sessions the hair got finer and is significantly less visible, I don’t really feel the need to shave it. Does this effect last long? I don’t want to make my legs fully bald so I was thinking about stopping after 3 sessions. Is there a chance for the hair to fully grow back thicker after while? I don’t want to go all in and get 10 sessions and have fully bare legs but I also don’t want those 3 sessions to go to waste lol

bruxism and tooth extraction

Hi!! I had one of my bottom wisdom teeth extracted around a month ago and according to the doctor it healed pretty well. The surgeon did tell me, however, that she can tell that i have bruxism. After the extraction I had HORRIBLE lockjaw which went away after a week or so.

The issue is… Now despite having the stitches removed a while ago (2 weeks post extraction) and basically already living like a “normal” human being i still feel some very mild pain :/ I did notice that I tighten my jaw during the night and sometimes I unconsciously“bite” that wound (I’ve found out about it because I could feel myself tightening it right before I fully wake up in the morning).

I’m a bit worried about the state of the wound but from what I’ve seen it doesn’t look overly damaged (I’m no doctor tho). I still haven’t started properly eating and biting on food on that side of my mouth because the first few attempts (which happend a few days after the removal of stitches) were painful :( Though I do have to say that i started eating regular food almost right away, just on the other side of my mouth.

I can feel the pain mainly in the morning and then it kind of weakens throughout the day, though not always. Sometimes i can still feel it lingering a lil bit :/

Is that a normal symptom or should I be overly worried? I don’t know what to do and i fear that maybe my wisdom tooth wound has not healed well due to my diagnosed bruxism :( Is there something I should do?

I’ll need to have 2 more wisdom teeth removed in the future (on the other side) so I’m a bit worried about that now :///
