Has anyone seen a dual fan and light dimmer with sliders and switches

I want a 1 gang switch with multiple features. A slider to control light intensity and a slider to control fan speed. The light on/off needs to be activated via switch. And the fan on/off should be controlled via the slider but an additional switch to control the fan is acceptable. A single switch should not control both the fan on/off and the light on/off, because then I can’t run the fan during the day while keeping my light dimness set for night time. The closest I’ve found is the Lutron Maestro fan control plus dimmer, but it does not have actual sliders. Just adjustability between discrete intervals, and in my experience these are laggy to adjust.

Source for California native mantis ootheca?

I’m looking for an egg case for a California native mantis like Stagmomantis limbata or Stagmomantis wheeleri, but can’t seem to find anything. Looking to release them in my garden and would like to avoid introducing an invasive species like those sold at most garden shops and hardware stores.

Brighamia insignis unhealthy leaves

Any idea what is causing the leaves of this Brighamia to be all splotchy? The leaves will go from bright green to very pale over a couple weeks and it will drop almost all of its leaves. It usually recovers for a few months and then the cycle continues. This most recent batch of new leaves started off splotchy and never really looked good and fell off after only a few weeks, so I’m more concerned.

There are some small white dots but no other pest I can tell. Occasionally there will be small webs between the leaves, but no visible spider mites.

It is indoors in a bright indirect light in a living room with west facing windows. Not concerned with over watering, but under watering may be a concern. Usually water with RO water, so lack of nutrients could be an issue.
