What’s wrong with my echeveria?

I’m very new to houseplants and gardening in general, so have no idea what’s happening here. I woke up this morning, checked my plants like I always do, and this is what was going on with my echeveria. This centre leaves seem to be quite damaged, and I’ve noticed this little white thing in the nursery pot (mealy bugs??). Any help is appreciated because I have no idea what to do 🥲
