i have really bad health anxiety and ocd and this news about the ebola outbreak is scaring me really bad, i’m supposed to go to greece for school in less than a month and my layover is in one of the airports doing screenings for the virus. i’m just really worried. any advice or help is appreciated, i just need to find a way to calm down
i have really bad health ocd/anxiety and the hantavirus situation is really freaking me out, i’ve been doing research using trusted sites but nothing is helping me calm down AND i woke up today with news that they’re monitoring an unknown amount of people in my state. i’m so scared.
im also supposed to go to greece next month for school but that’s just causing me even more stress over this. if anyone has any tools or advice to help me calm down i’d appreciate it because this is my second panic attack in under 24 hours
