Anyone upgrade their horn? I feel like almost all motorcycle horns were afterthoughts and almost never loud enough or the right tone. I hate where the horn button is and I feel like it needs a better, louder note, and more commanding horn.
Which CB650R would you choose? All options, the bike is in great or new condition and similar in price.
Used 2020 low miles, upgraded front and rear shocks, custom seat, CS racing exhaust, tail tidy, steel brake lines, fairing, bar end mirrors, engine guard, and ecu tune. Basically has all the mods- I'd paint rearsets for all options, but that's about all I need.
Used 2023 low miles, tail tidy, tank pads, led lights. Will at least get exhaust, mirrors, engine guard, and fairing.
Used 2025 with 8k miles. Very well maintained, bone stock. Will at least get exhaust, mirrors, engine guard, and fairing.
Brand new 2024, bone stock. Will at least get exhaust, mirrors, engine guard, and fairing.
Or go for most expensive option brand new 2026?
From my research, the 2024 model is not as reliable, 2021 improved over 2019, 2023 may be the best last non EClutch version and the 2025-2026 are the best EClutch versions? I also prefer no EClutch but that's not a deal breaker.
Or do I wait until 2027 models come out? Any rumors about changes in 2027?

The CF Moto dealer ran diagnostics and reported that the fuel sensor was working fine so CF Moto recommended replacing the speedometer/display cluster. So, they replaced the speedometer/cluster and now the miles reads 0 and the fuel gauge is still not working correctly. Just got my 450 CLC back today after waiting a month too and now they want me to bring it back. Has anyone experienced this? Any advice here?
What is a good (expected) price today for a used, low mile <(4k miles) from a private seller? Assuming the bike looks good (no drops, scratches) and maintained as expected? Are there major differences between 2021-2023? If not I can expand my search. Looking for manual no EClutch.
