Fist time on vacation dealing with bhp....
This is my first time writing here. I've read and followed a few posts and they've been super helpful, especially finding out I'm not alone in dealing with this. This is my first vacation dealing with BPH and urge/stress incontinence. Obviously, some days are better than others, so I'm trying to be ready for anything. I've been stressing about packing, but I think I've got it figured out. I'm staying with about six other friends... they know about my BPH, but I don't think they know I wear diapers or pull-ups. I mostly wear pull-ups when I'm out since I can usually get to a bathroom. Going somewhere new makes me more worried, so I'm trying to be prepared by packing the right diapers in case I can't get to a bathroom. It's going to be a long drive, so I'll be wearing an InControl Night for the ride. I also picked InControl Elite for daytime use because the tapes are definitely quieter and they hold a lot if I'm out and can't get to a bathroom. I'll be bringing some pull-ups too. Sudden urges suck when you can't stop them. I bought two duffel bags with a bottom compartment to stash the diapers. The Ziploc trick really helps fit as many as I can in one bag. The one thing that still makes me nervous is throwing out the used ones. I got individual small scented bags to tie them in and then trash bags to put them in. Hopefully, there will be times when everyone is out that I can throw them out. I guess I'll find out... lol if my friends find out, then they find out. It's not like I can control what's happening to my body... well, I'm off to find pants and shorts that can hide my diaper... Any suggestions are welcome... thanks in advance!
