8 ekgs. All of them stating st abnormalities. Is this true?
I have been having a weird faint feeling. Very lightheaded and pounding pulse even with my sitting pulse being normal. Any words you guys can give? Thanks!

Starting Zoloft with pots and adrenaline dumps.
I haven’t been on Zoloft since age 15 and am now 24. As I’ve gotten older I have developed pots and mcas. I’m on propranolol to help tachycardia and adrenaline dumps. I hear stories of people starting Zoloft and waking up in the middle of the night with tachycardia and panic attacks. How many of you guys dealt with that? How long did it last? What dose where you on?
I’m thinking of starting on 12.5mg instead of 25mg. Also is it better to take it in the day or at night? I appreciate any help! Thank you!

Long qtc???
My qtc is always showing the upper ranges and has hit 500 at one point. When this happens I get out of breathe and dizzy with a pounding pulse. I also have the Qaly app which I know is notorious for false highs but it worries me seeing how often it’s high. All of the ecgs were normal range but the monitor here was going up and down every five minutes. I’m on propranolol 20 mg 3 times a day for tachycardia and PVCs. Please give me any insight or help!
It started about two months ago and has been happening more often. I feel miserable. Cardiologist says all is well.
