Telling people
Do ya'll tell people you're having surgery? The kind of surgery? My family knows, but I'm hesitant to tell friends or my employer.

I'm at the consultation for my surgery (3 appts on the same day). It just seems like sooooooo much. So many options, so many steps. I'm so overwhelmed. Any words of advice?
I'm in the pre-op phase with surgery consult in about 3 weeks. As I've been workout out I've been enjoying how strong I feel. Does that change? Are you able to work out as hard? Harder? TIA
I've been working out consistently since March. I started watching calories in mid-May and have consistently been in at least a 700 calorie deficit everyday. I initially lost 11 lbs in 2 weeks. I expected a stall after that. In June I worked out 16 hrs over the month, with weekly rest days. I have gained 1 lbs over that month. Any advice?
