This is a question for the hockey fans...

Once they get into the NHL, will the players not play in any non-NHL games? Are there any non-NHL events that Shane \ Ilya would play in - for Team Canada \ Russia respectively?

We see the winter Olympics mentioned, but anything else? The NHL schedule seems so packed I was wondering if they represent their country in anything else.

In a season how many games would Montreal and Boston play against each other? Will all of them be in one of the two locations? Just was wondering how many times do Shane and Ilya actually meet in a year.

They are apparently in the same zone or division and so play a lot against each other.

Same would go for Ottawa after Ilya moves there - only its just an hour away from Montreal. That was the advantage, am I right?

And the playoffs - which I understand is a knockout tournament?

Edit - Thanks all for the responses. Now I am a bit depressed that they could meet only 4 times in a year 🤣. And have to wait for the all stars \ awards. Good Ilya moved to Ottawa...🤣
