Advice on taking 6 (lecture) classes?

Hi!! I'm transferring into the Art History BS program in fall and I'm considering taking 6 classes but I'm worried the workload might too intense....I'm returning to school after a really long time and even though I have a previous BFA and a career, I'm so out of practice for things like papers and exams. I really don't want to completely overwhelm and stress myself and I don't have the stamina or desire to pull all-nighters anymore lmao but I feel like this specific schedule could be manageable maybe??? My first degree was in fashion design so I have traumatic memories of how hard that was that I don't want to repeat, I'm sure a lot of you understand that one....

I'm planning on 2 online classes French 1 (I already have some french knowledge) and a US history gen ed.

and then two museum lecture courses + modern art elective + traditional techniques in FA class (2 credits)

Will I be drowning in homework and reading??

I’ve been taking 250mg of lactoferrin for a few days and have noticed I’ve been somewhat constipated and had an increase of heartburn. I eat the same thing every day so this is the only change I’ve made. I’m anemic due to malabsorption for an unknown reason but I can’t tolerate iron supplements (they cause cystic acne for me) so I’m trying lactoferrin in hopes it might raise my ferritin and hg even a little. Not sure if these are temporary side effects that might improve but I’m also interested to understand why I would have this reaction when I usually hear lactoferrin has the opposite effects….
