I've been trying to source a somewhat unique S580 for a couple weeks but every time I get the build sheet it's missing an option I'm looking for. I've given up and am considering a build allocation for the refresh.

Every dealer I've contacted has given me the "well let's get you in a 2027!" speech once I decide against the car on the lot and they have all given me an October or November delivery. One of the dealers was really close to me so I just drove up there to check it out. Once we started talking about 2027's they committed to a July delivery. That surprised the hell out of me and I genuinely couldn't tell if they were being honest or were just saying that to get me to place an order.

Does anyone know if MB is actually getting 2027s delivered in July?
