are there any chances on gettin amplification badges on chests or the only way of getting them si buying the badge?

I just got leo, but I am wondering if I should get edith or asher too, or should I wait for wukong to come out? any sugestions?

I am an android user and the game just came back, so should I get these two pilots or should I wait for the new pilots to realise?
