I love the first cook! It looks like both cooks are great and delicious. happy to see Nam-mo win again. want to make that tomato soy sauce soup.

2nd cook is entertaining but the food is not as great except for the fish, but pomfret is a good dish . The team challenge last week was so high level, that.. u r wanting more from team challenges. The chinese cooks work well I guess.

This week we have Karina, leader of the idol group Aespa who is super lucky to have the team challenge between Chef Choi & Chef Son and their primary sous chefs Chef Kim Sun hyuk & Chef Woo Do-wi cook for her

Round 1 - Eun young & Kim Poong
Theme: Comic Food

Round 2 - Chef Choi+Kim & Chef Son+Woo
Theme: Lemonade Pairing Food

The first cook is chaotic and food did not turn out great. But because they’re focused on the look rather than the taste both produced basic dishes. Due to time is limited, they really can’t make beautiful food art.

Luckily 2nd cook is the most amazing team challenge;
both teams produced beautiful & complicated dishes and watching the team work is wild 💗

This week we have Winter of the idol group Aespa who is looking for next level and max level dishes. With her name, hair, and light blue dress, can’t help but remind me of Frozen Elsa ❄️

Also what fun to meet the right hand chefs: Kim Sun-hyuk (for Choi Hyun-seok) and Woo Do-wi (for Son Jong-won). They will cook next week, but the interaction and banters were as usual so fun. How funny Dowi said he was Second-hand embarrassed for what SJW doing at the show 😁

Noted Nam-no is not around. I super hope he isn’t permanently replaced by the Wok Witch.

This week features the curated fridge of foodie actor Kim Dae Myung. Super good vibe episode where typically introverted Dae Myung suddenly became eloquent with food & restaurant recommendations. Foods were great too! I would like to make Hoyoung(Sam) soup dip and Kimchi rice with cilantro. Yum

This week features the multi-award winning actor Namkoong Min. I watched him in Hot Stove League and loved his acting there. He looks good for 49yo. Loves and can drink a lot (alcohol)

Round 2 - Nam-no vs Sung-jun
Theme: bad but delicious

Moon-jung is back filling in for Eun-yong who’s in her honeymoon. I love the regular chefs but it’s also refreshing to see other chefs cook. I enjoy Moon-jung she fits right in the group

including last week’s was super hilarious. Ahn, Choi, Park reminisced many good days during their stint at the World cup and being team mate in Korea. Their attack on Choi yong soo though was so very harsh! Mngr Park even exposed about his use of Chatgpt to generate reviews 🤣 ChoiGPT -

Anyway it shows how they remained close friends after all these years. I’m so entertained of them sharing hilarious stuff during their football days 🫶

Episode 20 - features the fridge of introvert actor Lee Jun-young; a serious foodie with fridge like a commercial kitchen.

R1 was great. I love both dishes and is inspired to try both quick ramen recipe. I noted Sam did not use msg and Ho-young did in the soup

R2 - jong won dish is super elevated and Eun young is a hilarious rebel. fun cook

This week features the fridge of Japanese-Korean idol & youtuber Kangnam. What an intense, uber hyper guy. He was making fun of his wife’s torture but in a loving way. He looks great and healthy 👏 thanks to his Olympian wife Sang hua

Round 2 - Eun-young vs Kim Poong
Theme: Sang hua would hate (unhealthy)

I love the first cook output, both dishes colorful and lovely plating. Sung-jun produced a believable looking risotto and show off his mantecare skill once more

r2 is chaotic as always with kimpoong and crazy eun yong. I think both dishes were inspired and pleasing also. So Eun-young is Kim-poong’s kryptonite just as he is to Nam-no

I love both cooks. They all produced beautiful dishes. I’m sad for Nam-no that he just can’t get a break! He used to win a lot in their first season. Jon won has level up to his Michelin level always creative beautiful and tasty dishes. I want to try make the Beurre Blanc sauce that is so raved about!

Sam Kim is winning now from losing streak last season. I have a feeling he will win coz Woorim mentioned to eat with coffee. The Jjm looks amazing! it’s just not very breakfast meal

This week features the impressive fridge of veteran actor Lee jong hyuk. The precook stories was entertaining; him talking about being such a baseball fan and also funny stories of his sons.

However, he is not a hearty eater and I can’t tell if he enjoyed the food or not. He even eat so little
of the food prepared for him.

Jong won dish so beautiful and a what pity Eun yong fish fell! Why wouldn’t she steam the fish on a plate? or move the plate closer when she fish it out of the steamer 🙈

Enjoyed this week’s guest, Go Soo because he turned out to be both ridiculously handsome and unexpectedly goofy at the same time.

He has a simple fridge and jokingly defends that it is to give the chefs challenge. Because if the fridge is filled with amazing produce, even he can whipped someone awesome 🤣

One of the most charming guest without trying too hard. Everyone enjoyed his humor.

Nam No’s dishes looked stunning!

Another special edition (one episode) featuring Oscar winner Maggie Kang, the director and writer of Kpop Demon Hunter. Everyone is so proud of her for highlighting Korean food and culture to the world stage. It was fun and chaotic with Poong and Hyun-suk blurting out random English phrases.

I saw this on YT, but I’m glad they don’t give everything away and is still a lot 2 watch even that I’ve watched it on UT

They received a video from Jack Black saying he is a fan of the show and Poong is his flair

Round 1 - Hyun Suk x Kim Poong vs Sam Kim x Ho-young * Theme: Miyeok/Seaweed Dish

This cooK features the original chefs. They had a much better cook with both teams delivering great dishes. I enjoy this cook more. I’ve to note the when Poong volunteered to be CHOI’s partner, they camera panned to Jong won. He must think again, Poong chose CHS again over him. haha.

Round 2 - Jong-won vs Sun jung + Eun yong + Nam no * Theme: Food inspo for KDH2

This is a chaotic cook as expected. I thought the 3 young chefs did very well and Maggie seemed to enjoy eating their dish more. And that JW has a
semi failed cook, quite surprised me with the win

This week features the fridge of Girl Generation Foodie Kim Hyo Yeon. She has so sweet demeanor but her food preferences is wild. She can eat super spicy and funky animal insides! 🫰

Round 1 - Hyun Suk vs Kim Poong. The theme is Aromatic Dishes and Chef Choi pulled out a Senior No. 55 (Chanel No 5). Very Hilarious cook and both produced inspired dishes

Round 2 - Ho young vs Nam-no. The theme is beer match and both produced good looking dishes! Nam no did a dance which we did not see so please link in comment if you have it

This week features the fridge of former Girl Generation Tiffany Young. Chef Edward Lee in the house. Eun Yong announced her wedding in this episode but we already know that

Round 1 - SAM KIM vs Song Jong Won. The is a much stronger cook where both prepared amazing 4 course.

Round 2 - Edward Lee vs Eun Yong. The theme is feast but the first cook looked more luxurious. Anyway interesting bibimbap from Chef Lee

This week features the fridge of singer/actor former SuperJunior. He is supposedly a super foodie and was invited to take part in CCW. He also owns 6 fridge in his house

Round 1 - Choi Kang Rok vs. Ho-young. Both dishes looks very good. The battle is to cook something that KH can replicate - recipe please cook

Round 2 - Lovers turn Rivals: Kim Poong vs Son Jong-won. Only their second meet-up. The request is something to pair with whiskey. 🥃 Made me think of Ji-sun and her collection.
