Arm lift or arm lipo
Hi everyone. I’m 34F currently at 230. I’ve recently lost 20 pounds and my goal is to get to 180. I’m debating if I should try for an arm lift or lipo with skin tightening. I used to lift weights regularly and with long weight loss. Lot of muscles and then with the weight loss my arms are jiggly.

Panic attacks & struggling to breathe
Hello. I recently started taking effexor last month and this week I noticed I’ve been having these episodes where I get stuck and freeze up, can’t breathe and then gasp for air and sometimes cry afterwards. This has never happened before. My sister thought I was having a seizure when she saw it happen this week. Has this ever happened to anyone?
