Freshers are nothing for mass hiring service based companies
Im a 2026 graduate, I was unfortunately selected in the first company in campus placement and was not allowed to attend anymore. The company have training in python, communication for 6 months.
Im in the batch that completed it all soon but I'm not onboarded yet. Looks like I will be waiting for the call for ever.
I feel like I spend so much effort and mental peace stressing on meaningless tests.
I shouldnt have wasted my time on this ...
It's this sunk cost fallacy that keep me from trying other companies.
I'm trained in python, sql, pyspark ,mongodb, apache databricks. please let me know if there are any opportunities.
