Didn’t expect sms delivery to be the hardest part

I added SMS notifications to a side project thinking it would take a weekend. The API integration itself was fine, but debugging delivery has been rough. Some messages show as sent instantly and still never arrive. Feels like there’s a whole hidden layer to messaging that nobody talks about until you hit it yourself
