I often bleed quite a bit after penetration. I went to my obgyn a couple of weeks ago and she said everything looks fine besides being dry and a bit sore. So I got a prescription for an estrogen creme and the dry feeling stopped. However the bleeding issue remains (even with a lot of lube) and I decided to take a look today. I noticed this different (?) looking area on the left side. Is this normal?

STI tests came back negative.
