I have been to dealers twice in the past 2 weeks trying to get them to do a radio update, and both say they did vehicle wide programming, I called EV concierge and they say “the engineering team says that the android 12 update is the most recent for your car”

HOW DO I GET THEM TO UPDATE ME FROM SQBR4
