Hello,

I got an iphone today and trying to transfer my esim from my samsung s23 ultra. But the typical way through the phone doesn't work. So I went through the myrogers website and app but both say the error "Sorry! Something went wrong on our end. Check back later or try again."

Tried for a few hours but same problem. Anyone having this issue? Contacting them is a joke and still waiting in queue.
