I've been researching different distros, and I have a couple of questions about PikaOS.

1. Since it's based on Debian Sid, it seems like PikaOS would be a rolling release, but Distrowatch says it's fixed. Is Distrowatch wrong?
2. Is Pikman a replacement for APT, or layered on top of APT?
