Did anyone notice Sumadhura at Khajaguda / Narsingi changed their Palais Royale’s elevation design?

All that glass facade makes it look more like a commercial building than a residential project.

We’re in education and this property is on the name of our educational Trust.

We’ve sold several other properties of ours without issue until now. But with this one, I’ve been facing some trouble.

I’ve had deals with 3 buyers in the last few months, who were willing to pay a good amount, fall apart after their advocates said that as it is a high value deal, it is better for us to get a court permission to sell this property. This process will take 6-12 months, which is longer than I’m willing to wait.

Our other properties were under 2 Cr, but nobody ever asked for this court permission before though they all also got legal opinions prior to purchasing.

So can anyone please give alternative solutions? Or please let me know if anybody is looking to invest in east Hyderabad.
