Hi all, I'm a single guy just asking for general recommendations on where might be decent to look that isn't something extravagant, preferably in Nassau or the border of Nassau and Suffolk.

I know certain areas are not the best, hence lower prices, but would people say they're actually bad to live in? TIA!
