Yesterday I got wendy, it took me I think 5-6 hours ( ik better players can do it in much less time )of game play and I am almost P2. Here are my thoughts on Wendy and I'd be happyto hear yours.

~~Negatives -

- I can say ultimate no skill Brawler ( mechanical skills ) ( attacks are way too easy to hit, movement speed is v good, floats on water )

- DPS is too low but the kinda unlimited health makes up for it. ( Many times I did solo team wipes in knockout even against surges, brocks, Nori etc )

~~Positive -

- obviously the unlimited health and protecting team is the biggest advantage it provides

~~One thing I loved about Wendy -

- Even tho she is broken and requires no skill, I love her mechanics because the current Meta has so much DPS that many Brawlers are just unplayable. Wendy in a way fixes that. Like I played with team mates like Buster, Ollie, Melody and they were able to play because of Wendy. Else some surge/edgar/griff will destroy them. So, in short her being broken kinda balances the other Brawlers😅

~~Improvement

- Supercell might have to add a new metric for wendy in calculating the score for the star player, because she doesn't heal or do damage but absorbs damage. So, in many matches like in BB where I scored both goals still didn't get the star player.

~~Bugs -

- devs probably just copied Brock's jump gadget to wendy as she can't land in the water after jumping into water while Angelo and Eve's non aimable gadget allows landing on the water

TLDR -

She is broken but kinda balances the game for non meta Brawlers.

Maise is so satisfying to play, both main attack and super.🤌🏻

I am writing this especially because of the first name in the list. We've never texted because text chat is muted and we are in different invite only clubs, but the understanding of each other's game style is 🤌🏻, we have helped each other push 6 P2 I guess.

I know many people here might have made really good friends along the way, it would be great to know about them😄

Give real rewards to help me upgrade my Brawlers

I tried pushing Buster to P3 in the last two days as the nano powered brawl arena was a good map for that. I was already P2 before this.

Day-1 I reached 2500+ ( 6 hours play time)

Day-2 After tonnes of oscillation I am still at 2500🙂 (about 8 hours of play time)

Now I know I am a good Buster, almost 70% of the time I faced another buster, I won. Following are the points that I feel most responsible for tilting back-n-forth a lot if times

- I didn't have a good team throughout the push, I had some friends play with me for a few matches but I mostly pushed solo

- many people lack awareness about buster and game sense e.g. i was asked to go to other lanes and who'd tell them that my super charges by standing near them, second ego picking fights and end up loosing the game we were leading

- super bad match making - almost 30-40% of the times I got bibi, shade, bull, rosa as both my mates while other team had Emz, Piper, Mandy, Jesse etc

- I am a L1 ranked, I faced so many masters level players and very rarely got one in my team

So, I am still second in my country for Busters, I am happy about that but also disheartened. I knew P3 was a long shot but reaching 2700-2800 would've been possible with a good team. Also after trying this I realised it is so much effort and seems unhealthy🥲

PS - please suggest channels to find good players to play with. I am on some discord servers but not able to find anyone there.

Today I actually gave Gigi a proper chance.

I'd played her before, but today I pushed my Lv-7 Gigi from ~200 trophies to Prestige 1, and my opinion completely changed. Also her prestige animation actually makes sense because she's a Ballerina.

Before

- I almost never saw Gigi in trophy pushes.

- Her mechanics looked boring to me. The teleport was the only interesting part, but the delay made it feel useless.

- Her damage looked way too low.

- Whenever I wanted to test something in Friendly Battles, I'd pick Gigi bots because... they basically do nothing. 😅

- Honestly, I mostly hated Gigi because I was terrible with her. Whenever I faced a good Gigi, I had no idea how to counter her.

Recently I've been trying to learn some of the less popular brawlers (Gigi, Ollie, Buster, etc.) instead of only playing meta picks. I'm still a Gigi noob, but I actually like her now.

What changed my mind

- She's seriously underrated, especially in Heist. A maxed Gigi can deal around 12k damage to the safe in about 2-2.5 seconds with a full ammo cycle, and if you time the teleport return properly, that's another ~2.6k damage.

- She's surprisingly good into brawlers with delayed attacks, especially tanks like Frank and Bibi.

- She also does well against brawlers with multiple projectiles like Griff, Colt, Rico, and 8-Bit. I was honestly surprised by how easily she can defeat the 8-Bit, which is pretty valuable since almost every Heist game seems to have one right now.

- She's also really good against Bolt. I beat Bolt multiple times. Just wait until he slows down, then stick to him (or let him chase you). Gigi's DPS is much higher, so unless Bolt is at full speed, you can usually win.

- She's solid in BB too, but I've yet to get good at her in BB

Final thoughts

I'm not saying Gigi is secretly S-tier or that she's going to become super popular.

But I do think she's much better than people give her credit for. I'd say just push P1 with her and you'll learn how to play her and know her true potential.

From now on I won't say they're so bad😁

But my Nori Boxes are soo dry😭

I bought 10 remaining boxes to get Nori but they had nothing but some change in resources. I don't think I even got a total of 1000 coins from 20 boxes.

If yes, Should I go for Phoenix Crow or Moon Gaurdian Crow or wait for other deals?

After the Buffies I am just tired of seeing Dumb Surges, more than playing they just troll with pins and jump everywhere without any thinking 😭

The same goes for Brock as well.
