Withdrawal so far
hi everyone, Im currently 5 days post my last mirt pill and i thought id share how withdrawal is going so far. Ive been on mirt for two years and it completely changed my life. I did gain weight, I did struggle with sleep and headaches and I did find it made my depression worse in the first month BUT all the positives completely outweigh those negatives.
I’ve been slowly tapering my dose since January and am officially off it now :).
my withdrawal symptoms so far: I’ve had cold and flu symptoms for the last four days, it feels like the worst cold I’ve ever had. I havent slept properly since my last pill, I keep sleeping in three hour intervals and waking up. I’ve also felt super lethargic but I’ve had no return of my depression or anxiety so overall I’d say it’s going well!
