$SKYX is a 10x hidden gem

One of the best 10X opportunities I’ve found is $SKYX and no one seems to know or talk about it.

SKYX Platforms Corp. is a smart-home technology company specializing in safe, plug-and-play ceiling fixtures and electrical products. Their patented "SkyPlug" allows users to safely and instantly install heavy weight-bearing electronics like light fixtures and ceiling fans, updating traditional electrical connections. Soon their patented technology may be building code mandated in the US.

They recently started selling their products in big box retail like Home Depot, Walmart, Amazon, Wayfair. They have signed dozens of partnerships with hotel chains and apartment/condo buildings. They are a Nividia partner.

In January 2026 SKYX announced a direct offering with one institutional investor at $2.50 to raise $25M. RIGHT NOW you have the opportunity to buy shares at almost a -60% discount - $1.04.

Avg 12-month price target is $5.00

Massive Dilution

Look at what happened to the market cap and share price over the exact same time frame. Lawsuits are coming soon. There is no EMJX, Eric is not CEO and chairman, and there was a 60-1 reverse split. Which Eric very well knew was being promoted as impossible to occur. The whole thing is a mess, wish I never touched it as it had red flags all along the way. They robbed retail blind. Eric Jackson is a fraud.

How did you all miss this?

Over the same time period (12 months) the share price dropped -85%. IT WAS A HIGHWAY ROBBERY!

Take May 13th for example - SRXH closed at $0.154 and the market cap was about ~$45M. Today SRXH shares are $0.09 and the market cap is EVEN HIGHER AT $53M!!!!

They didn’t just dilute when the acquisition was complete they did it for months and months and months before that. How did you guys miss it? What the management team did to shareholders was OUTRAGEOUS and the COMPLETELY CONTRADICTS every word that comes out of EJ’s mouth. He is a scam artist and used retail to fund his stupid ass start up. How any of you still trust this guy is beyond comprehension!

Regulatory issue

Everyone here has been calling this a merger. It was sold to retail by Eric Jackson as a merger but then it became an acquisition. He was supposed to be CEO of EMJX but apparently it’s still SRXH. Market cap grows to $100M before the collapse and shares down -85% in 1 year? Give me a break.

If I work in the stock market regulatory department I’m investigating this.
