"Screenshots and videos from this software cannot be sent to a smart device" (Tomodachi Life, Switch Lite)

Hi! I have suddenly started to have this problem and wondered if anyone else has experienced something similar and if there's a way to fix it. I used to have a regular Switch and had Tomodachi Life LTD and was able to transfer screenshots from my switch to my phone without any problem. A while ago my regular switch finally broke and I bought a Switch Lite so I could keep playing all of my games. This is the first time since then that I've tried to transfer screenshots from Tomodachi Life so maybe this is it, but now I'm having a pop-up when I try to share or post screenshots from that software which says "Screenshots and videos from this software cannot be sent to a smart device."

I've tried looking this up and cannot find anything. I can't tell if it's to do with the fact that I'm now using a Lite or if the game updated to no longer allow this maybe? Please help if you know what's happened here!

FWIW, I can transfer screenshots and videos from other games.

I cried at my physiotherapy appointment

I just need to vent, or to hear that someone else knows what I'm going through. I've had chronic sciatica for the last 6 years. It's crazy to think that it's been that long and that I've been in so much pain because of sciatica, something that basically everyone else eventually recovers from. I don't know why I was so unlucky. I've been bounced around so many different people and recommended all sorts of exercises and medications and none of them have had any effect. They even made me do a CBT pain management course and all it did was make me feel more alienated (the second youngest person there was double my age).

I referred myself to physiotherapy for the third time since all of this began, went through the usual medical history and stretching and had some exercises recommended to me (I need to strengthen the muscles around my sciatic nerve and lumbar spine, I won't deny that) and then I finally just let myself say to the physiotherapist that I will definitely try to do the exercises, I was just feeling unmotivated because I've been through this so many times before and I don't know if I'll ever not be in pain again. He really encouraged me to say if I've ever heard of anything I'd like to try but haven't been recommended and I gave one idea but it's only a temporary pain fix and that's why my regular doctor won't do it. But I'll take surgery at this point if it will help. My family doesn't really get it, and the pain is hard to explain because it's kinda random sometimes but it is triggered by certain positions and motions and it's become worse the past few months and it's affecting my sleep when I already slept terribly.

The physiotherapist said if I can find an old scan that I had on my spine then he will look at it then write a letter to my regular doctor and ask them to try something new, which I am really happy about. He seemed really great and I'm hoping he will be a good advocate for me. It's just become one of those things, the pain exists in the background constantly in my life and if I ever have to explain it to someone, especially a medical professional who I might have to fight to get them to recognise how much I've been struggling with not having any relief for six years, I just get so upset. Whenever I've been to physio and they've asked me what my goals are, I've never understood why I would answer anything other than "I want to not be in pain anymore". I don't know how to end this post. I just hate being in pain every day.
