1st Ar15. Narrowed down to Harrier or PSA

I am in the market for my first AR. I own a bolt action 308 and plan to purchase a 10/22 in the near future so I'm trying to keep the budget under $800 for the rifle/optic and a few mags.

I was originally looking ONLY at PSA. Either a complete firearm or purchasing and putting something together.

With shipping and FFL fees my pricing came to 550-650 out the door.

My LGS has the harrier with magpul furniture for $650.

Aside from the Harrier being a newer production. Is there anything to watch out for when comparing these 2.

My PSA builds had the same features as the Harrier(magpull furniture, full Pic rail)

Thanks

Edit: Ruger Harrier in 556 or PSA PA15

Ruger PCC Backpacker

Is Ruger planning on updating this takedown line like they did 10/22?

My LGS has the 19130 model with a red dot. Trying to decide to pull the trigger or wait.

Aside from weight. Is there any reason to get the newer carbon backpacker (32034) over the other 2.(31017,32016).

Used for plinking and small game, under 50yards.
